Accounts

Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private. One person, one account, unless the desk agrees otherwise in writing.

Credits

Credits are a closed balance inside your account, spent on studio jobs at the prices shown before each job runs. Credits are not a cryptocurrency, not a token, and are unrelated to any blockchain or digital asset. They cannot be traded, transferred between accounts, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, and they have no cash value outside the studio. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases; nothing at Web3Finders auto-renews.

Content rules

• Generated characters must be fictional adults. Describing or depicting real, identifiable people at the generation benches is prohibited.
• Photo-based tools may be used only on your own media, or media of adults who gave you documented consent you can produce on request.
• Content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, or any person without the required consent is prohibited absolutely and ends accounts, with reports made where the law requires.
• You are responsible for what you create, publish and distribute from your account.

Publication & liability

Your work is private by default; publishing a piece to the gallery is your deliberate act and your responsibility. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, the studio’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the studio’s place of operation. Contact: [email protected].
