Moderation Policy

The moderation policy is the enforcement side of the house rules at Web3Finders. It applies to uploads, prompts, generated pieces and anything published to the gallery.

Prohibited, absolutely

  • Any content involving minors, or characters presented as minors, in any form.
  • Real, identifiable people at the photo benches without documented consent — including public figures, acquaintances and former partners.
  • Non-consensual scenarios, stolen media, and screenshots taken from other people’s accounts or feeds.
  • Attempts to evade these rules by re-uploading removed material under new accounts.

How enforcement works

Uploads and published pieces are screened automatically and by human review. Violations are removed; accounts that break the consent or minor-safety rules are closed without appeal on the material itself, and reports are made to the relevant authorities where the law requires. Borderline questions are decided in favour of the person depicted, not the person uploading.

Reporting

If you believe a piece on this site depicts you or someone else without consent, write to [email protected] with “moderation” in the subject and a link to the piece. Reports about real people are read first and acted on before routine queue items.
