What to include
- Support: the tool you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. A job time or screenshot settles most questions in one reply.
- Billing: the pack you bought and the date. Never send card numbers — the desk cannot use them and will not ask.
- Privacy: write “data request” in the subject for exports and deletions under the privacy policy.
- Moderation: a link to the piece and the rule you believe it breaks. Reports about real people are read first.
