Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Web3Finders collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose. Questions and data requests: [email protected] with “data request” in the subject.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, login credentials (stored hashed), and account settings.
  • Your work: prompts, briefs, uploads, generated pieces and your library organisation, stored so the studio can serve them back to you.
  • Balance data: credit purchases, grants, check-ins and per-job charges, kept as your ledger.
  • Technical data: device, browser and log data needed to run and secure the service.

What we never do

  • We never publish your work on your behalf. Your library is private by default; only pieces you deliberately publish appear in the gallery.
  • We never sell your personal data.
  • We never use your private uploads to advertise the studio.

Your controls

You can export or delete your account data by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your account deletes your library, uploads and ledger access with it, subject to the retention the law requires for financial records. Uploads you made under the consent rules remain your responsibility; material reported under the moderation policy may be retained as evidence where the law requires.

Cookies & security

The studio uses cookies needed for sign-in, session security and remembering display preferences. Access to accounts is protected by hashed passwords and login monitoring; no system is perfect, and suspected breaches should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
